Why you should study leadership at JBU

Employers want people they can trust to handle leadership responsibilities ethically and skillfully. This degree will develop and equip you to lead with excellence using biblically-based models. You'll gain an understanding of how organizations work, how to provide leadership to a company, and how to implement ethical business practices, and learn the skills needed to successfully lead an organization with integrity.

At JBU, you'll have the option to complete your coursework on your schedule through the flexible, fully online graduate program. In this program, you'll receive one-on-one support from professors and will graduate feeling equipped to honor God and serve others. 

Program Length

  • MBA program: 36-45 credit hours long, depending on whether a student has undergraduate coursework in a business-related field and is typically two years.
  • MS Program: 30 credit-hour programs and can be completed in less than two years.

Course Format

You can earn the MS or MBA 100% online or through a combination of online and in-person classes at the John Brown University Rogers Center.
