Rosa Christians
Certified Personal Trainer

Rosa is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise.  She has a B.S. in Family and Human Services and an M.S. in Leadership and Ethics, with extended studies in Spanish. Inspiring others to reach their personal bests, while having fun and working off stress is one of her greatest joys.

Ladner

Brittany Ladner
Certified Personal Trainer

Brittany is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has degrees in psychology and counseling. Fitness and physical health are essential components of her passion and quest for holistic wellness. Brittany also holds fitness specializations in Group Personal Training and Nutritional Coaching.
