The Walton Lifetime Health Complex (WLHC) is a full-featured fitness center in Siloam Springs offering the following health and exercise features:
The Walton Lifetime Health Complex has a lot to offer members of the community, from cardio and weight rooms, classes, swimming lessons, trails and outdoor recreation equipment.
Monday - Friday | 5 AM - 11 PM |
Saturday | 7 AM - 10 PM |
Sunday | 2 PM - 10 PM |
Closed: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's & Easter
Monday to Thursday | 6am –7:30am, 11:30am –1:30pm, 6pm –8pm |
Friday | 6am –7:30am, 11:30am –1:30pm |
Saturday & Sunday | 2:00pm –4:00pm |
**Weekday morning and lunchtime sessions are lap swim only**
Monday to Friday | 8:00am –6:00pm |

COMMUNITY MEMBERS: Parking for community members using the Walton Lifetime Health Complex is provided in the Day Use lot next to the Tennis Courts, just across the road from the north WLHC community entrance. See the map above.
