Morning Glory

Morning Glory is offered in 6-week sessions and provides progressive cardio, strength and core training.  Adaptive in nature, Morning Glory offers a variety of workouts including cardio and weight machines, free weights, circuit training, obstacle, Pilates and yoga.   Class members are encouraged to make fitness and nutrition goals and to track their progress.

Level:  Beginner to intermediate

Class Schedule:

Classes are one hour in length and will start out each morning in the La-Z-Boy Cardio and Fitness Room.

Pricing & Registration:

Cost will vary based on the number of classes per session.  Advance registration with payment is required.  To register, contact us at 479-524-7303 or stop by the WLHC Front Desk during membership services hours.  No refunds will be given once sessions begin.

  • $2 per class for JBU students
  • $3 per class for JBU employees and WLHC members
  • $4 per class for community members
