Transcripts & Test Score Reports

How to submit your transcript and ACT/SAT/CLT score to JBU

Requesting your transcript and test score(s)

Please request a transcript (including GPA on a 4.0 scale and ACT, SAT and/or CLT scores) from your guidance counselor and have it sent to John Brown University.

JBU can receive transcripts:

  • Electronically through Parchment (Naviance), SCOIR, Overgrad and Slate.org
  • As EDI files through National Student Clearinghouse
  • Emailed to: systems@jbu.edu
  • Mailed to:

John Brown University
Attn: Admissions Office
2000 W. University St.
Siloam Springs, AR 72761

In order to be considered official, transcripts with at least six semesters of grades need to be sent directly to JBU from the school.

If your school does not have a copy of your ACT, SAT or CLT scores, request for your score report to be sent to us.

Please keep in mind that JBU superscores standardized tests (for scholarships, not for admission) and will take the top scores from each section to benefit you.

$250 Fast File Scholarship

Students who send in the required documents within three weeks of submitting their application will receive a one-time "Fast File" scholarship for $250. It's our way of saying thanks for being so prompt. Students who apply during the summer months will have until September 1 to submit their documents to account for school offices being closed during the summer.

Contact your admissions counselor if you have any questions!
