The Bill George Arena (BGA) features exceptional facilities that are equipped for athletic events, concerts, commencement ceremonies, speaking events, and more. The 38,000 square foot arena can seat up to 2,500 people for non-athletic events and 1,800 for athletic events. The BGA contains multiple LCD screens located throughout the building, as well as high definition projectors that provide clear and convenient viewing for parties seated throughout the arena. The palatial Mary K. Chapman Hospitality Suite is also equipped with a 47” high-definition television that allows viewers to experience an event from the comfort of the suite.
When not in use for basketball games or volleyball matches, the Bill George Arena has presented numerous events to benefit the Northwest Arkansas (NWA) community, including concerts featuring artists such as TobyMac, Switchfoot, Anberlin, Lecrae, and Phillips, Craig & Dean while hosting renowned speakers such Franklin Graham, president and CEO of Samaritan’s Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, and Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS Shoes.
