Spring Commencement 2019
The traditional undergraduate ceremony was extra special with members of the JBU Heritage Society (those who graduated 50 years or more ago) in procession in front of our graduates.

CM TEXO Competition
JBU annually places against regional universities at a construction management competition, sponsored by the TEXO Association, the largest commercial contractors association in Texas.

Centennial Gala
The Centennial Gala invited students to dress in 1920s attire and promised a night full of surprises from a traditional Billie Holiday dinner to a carnival to 1920s swing dance to a live brass band.

The Feud
The Feud is JBU's friendly game of competition and hosted by Student Events & Activities and based on the Family Feud Show.

2018 Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day
Over 100 third-grade to fifth-grade girls attended this year's Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, which inspires and encourages girls to pursue engineering through engineering-related activities.

2017 The Boy Friend Musical
The musical follows the story of a rich, young heiress named Polly in 1920s French Riviera who is determined to land a boyfriend for a zany send-up of jazz-age musical comedy.

2017 Big Games
JBU Class of 2021 participated in BIG Games 2017. This recap is only 10 percent as awesome as the actual event.

Cathedral Choir in Northern Ireland
The JBU Cathedral Choir toured Northern Ireland in May 2017 under the direction of director Paul Smith before his retirement.

2017 Undergraduate Commencement
On May 6, JBU held spring commencement services, graduating 203 students in the traditional undergraduate program and 142 students in the graduate and online programs.

2017 The Next Big Thing
Students displayed their musical talent by competing in a battle-of-the-bands style competition, “The Next Big Thing.” Mother Moon won and was awarded a recording contract.

JBU’s Career Development Center hosted a career fair, which brought in graduate schools and Fortune 500 employers from across Northwest Arkansas and the southern region.

2016 Freshman Play - Parfumerie
This year’s freshman play “Parfumerie” followed the tangled tale of Parfumerie employee George Horvath and is the play that inspired movies such as “You’ve Got Mail.”
