All tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges for some productions may be available for a different performance of the same production no later than 24 hours before the performance. Call 479.524.7442 for more information.

Ticket Delivery Information

As a standard policy, you can expect to receive your tickets immediately after purchase via email. The standard delivery method is digital. You can access your tickets by logging into the email associated with your ticketing account at jbu.edu/tickets. Patrons may also choose to have their tickets held at Will Call to be picked up on the day of the show only. You will receive an email receipt confirming your purchase immediately after completing your transaction. If you do not receive a receipt within one hour of making a purchase, please contact our Box Office at tickets@jbu.edu or 479.524.7442 to confirm your order.

Inclement Weather Policy

It is rare for a performance at John Brown University to be canceled due to inclement weather, but in the case that a show is canceled, we will post information on our website, social media and phone system and will make every effort to contact all affected ticket holders.

If the performance is still scheduled but inclement weather makes it impossible for you to attend, please contact the Box Office at (479) 524-7442. Our ticket representatives will help you consider all the options. All ticket exchanges need to be completed at least two hours before the performance, and all tickets are non-refundable.

Lost Tickets

Don't worry! If you lose your tickets, visit the box office in person with a valid photo ID and they can locate your tickets in our system. Note: Box Office is only open the day of the performance, non show days will require a phone call to the Box Office at 479.524.7442.

Group Discounts

The more the merrier! John Brown University offers group discounts for groups as small as 10. Call 479.524.7442 for details on group discount tickets to any John Brown University Music & Theatre event.

Parental Guidance

Some shows may contain mature content, language or themes. As a parent, you are the only person qualified to determine what is appropriate for your child. Latecomers

We attempt to begin all performances on time as indicated on your ticket. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager, based on the specifications of the performance company.
