It is against Arkansas State law to gamble (Arkansas Code 5-66-101 to 5-66-119;6-2-113). Gambling has a broad definition, but generally, it can be defined as any game of chance which involves betting of any item of any monetary value in hopes of a greater return. The University strongly advises against visiting any venue where gambling takes place.
