Chapel Band & Leadership

Thank you, in advance, for your interest and participation in the chapel program at JBU!  We are excited to meet you and hear you, as we do our best to assemble several chapel bands that will serve the JBU community with excellence both musically and spiritually.

Four JBU Chapel Bands are responsible for leading the JBU community in corporate worship three times per week. These bands consist of students of all majors and are primarily led by Worship Arts Majors and Minors. The "style" of JBU Chapel bands will change every year depending on student leadership and the spiritual formation goals of the Office of Christian Formation. However, JBU Chapel Bands are indefinitely committed to theological integrity, creativity, servant leadership and excellence.

It is our hope that this process will produce several cohesive ensembles that not only lead the JBU community in musical worship, but also learn much about community, teamwork, and worship in the process.

Thanks so much for your time and interest in this ministry!
