JBU Welcomes 'Learning to Laugh Again' with Chonda Pierce

SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. (October 20, 2014) - America’s top-selling female comedian Chonda Pierce and Grammy winner Jason Crabb will bring an evening of laughter, music and ministry to the Bill George Arena at John Brown University on Sunday, Oct. 26, at 6 p.m.

Presented by Muse Concerts and sponsored by Feed the Children, Learning to Laugh Again will feature Chonda’s unique ability to encourage and uplift audiences as they walk through life’s difficulties. Open about her faith and personal experiences, Chonda uses her gift of humor to help others.

She has received five Emmy nominations and appeared in several movies. Her latest comedy DVD, Girl Talk, recorded at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium and released December 2013, continues to highlight Chonda’s crazy Southern antics.

Christian recording artist Jason Crabb will also be part of the evening. His most recent project Love is Stronger (2012) was co-produced by Rascal Flatts member Jay DeMarcus, Ed Cash (Chris Tomlin) and Wayne Haun (Celine Dion).

All tickets purchased online will include a per-ticket convenience fee. Doors open at 5 p.m. with showtime starting at 6 p.m.
