JBU Welcomes World-Renowned and Grammy-Nominated Baritone Jubilant Sykes for a Special Performance

SILOAM SPRINGS, Arkansas (Feb. 12, 2019) – World-renowned and Grammy-nominated baritone Jubilant Sykes, along with JBU's concert pianist Paul Whitley, will perform for a special concert on Thursday, Feb. 28, at 7:30 p.m. in the Berry Performing Arts Center. This concert will feature classical, spiritual, Broadway, classic popular and jazz arrangements as well as virtuoso piano selections by Whitley.

In the last year, Sykes has been the featured soloist with many of the world's greatest orchestras in countries including France, Scotland, Germany and Croatia, as well as many throughout the U.S. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution was inspired to proclaim, "Jubilant Sykes' voice is extraordinary. He isn't merely an outstanding singer, his voice is art at its highest expression."
