John Brown University Art Gallery Hosts 'JBU Faculty Exhibition: New Work'

SILOAM SPRINGS, Arkansas (Sept. 3, 2019) –  The JBU Visual Arts Department is pleased to announce the first art exhibit of the 2019-2020 gallery season—the "JBU Faculty Exhibition: New Work."

Hosted in the Windgate Art Gallery in the Windgate Visual Arts West building on the John Brown University campus in Siloam Springs, the show features the latest creations from 14 JBU art faculty members. All JBU art faculty are practicing professional artists and designers, many of whom are award-winning and internationally recognized.

On display are works in a variety of media, including oil paintings, watercolors, printmaking, ceramics, photography and filmmaking. This exhibition showcases the variety of talent and range of creativity that make up the JBU Visual Arts faculty.

The opening reception for "JBU Faculty Exhibition: New Work is Thursday," Sept. 5 at 6-7:30 p.m. in the Windgate Gallery. Many of the featured artists will be in attendance.
