SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. (March 26, 2013) - In a matchup of Golden Eagles, it was NCAA I Oral Roberts (Okla.) that came away with a quick 9-0 victory over John Brown this afternoon in Siloam Springs.

After sweeping its way to three doubles' victories, Oral Roberts took the spot singles spot as Fabian Zierleyn downed Cameron McLendon, 6-0, 6-2. Alex Baker fared better at the second slot against Jason Mechali but still dropped a 6-2, 6-1, matchup.

Although ORU picked up a pair of sweeps at the third and fifth spot, Blake Zoellner was able to grab two games from Nate Avery at No. 4, but still was unable to come away with the victory, falling 6-0, 6-2. Finally, Colton Cheek turned in an aggressive first set against Gabe Kanelopoulos, 6-2, despite falling quickly in the second set, 6-0.
