TENNIS SET TO TAKE ON SAC/RRAC FOES AT REGIONAL TOURNAMENT

SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- The John Brown University men's and women's tennis teams will travel to the Alamo City to participate in the Sooner Athletic/Red River Athletic Unaffiliated Group regional tournament, a two-day event that takes place April 28-29 at the Northwest Tennis Center located in Helotes.

The first and second rounds of the tournament begin at 9 a.m. on Friday (April 28) with the consolation and title matches to begin on Saturday (April 29), also at 9 a.m.

Joining the Golden Eagles on the women's side are Southwestern Christian (Okla.), Texas Wesleyan, LSU - Alexandria, LSU - Shreveport, Texas A&M – Texarkana and Southwest (N.M.). Competing in the men's tournament are Texas A&M - Texarkana, Our Lady of the Lake (Texas), Southwest (N.M.), Southwestern Christian (Okla.) and the Golden Eagles.
