Frank works with many of the student ministries on campus. He provides oversight to the Student Ministry Leadership Team (SMLT) as they provide opportunities for service, evangelism, awareness, discipleship, and fellowship both on and off campus through CAUSE, growth groups, and other campus ministry initiatives. He particularly enjoys taking students on retreats and service-learning trips.
Frank loves that his job allows him to interact with many students daily, whether one-on-one, in a small group or around a table in the cafeteria.

Connor has received degrees from both John Brown University and Calvin Theological Seminary. He leads the chapel band program and teaches the fundamentals of Worship Arts, working with students from all majors and worship backgrounds. Connor has a love of words and liturgy, meshing the historical worship practices of the Great Tradition with modern musical sensibilities, and is committed to ensuring that his students appreciate the artistry of church music while maintaining faithfulness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In his spare time, Connor reads a wide variety of things, from westerns to writings from the desert fathers. He also enjoys riding his gravel bike, eating new foods with his wife, and thumbing through records at a local record store.

Crystal graduated from JBU in 1985. After meeting her husband in Wichita and having two daughters in the Wild West (Dodge City), she found herself back in Siloam Springs in a minivan with two car seats - not something she envisioned as a carefree college student! Her husband of over thirty years, Tom, has been the controller at JBU since 1996, and their daughters, now both JBU grads, have long ago ditched their car seats. Crystal, also known to some students as the "chapel lady," is the one to see with questions about chapel attendance.

Claire is a current student at Asbury Theological Seminary and will graduate with a Masters of Divinity in May 2025. She graduated from JBU in 2019 with a BA in English and a BA in Biblical and Theological Studies. Additionally, Claire works in JBU’s Enrollment Office as the Associate Director of Admissions.
Claire began to recognize a call to Christian Higher Education during her time as an undergraduate student at JBU. Claire enjoys helping students to recognize where God is active and at work in their lives and the lives of those around them. In her free time, Claire enjoys exploring Northwest Arkansas’s many farmers’ markets and craft fairs, playing board games, road trips, drinking bubble tea, reading, and spending time with friends.
