Go to the movies, try different coffee shops, be part of different dance events in the area, and host dinners at my house.

What quick advice would you give an incoming JBU student?

Don’t get discouraged if finding close friends takes time. Your friend group may change over the semesters, years or stages of your life, and that’s okay; sometimes it takes growth and patience to find the people who truly feel like home.
