Steve Snediker:
Currently, we have producers from Hollywood and other major markets coming to Northwest Arkansas looking to make films here. We're actually able to supply them with students that can walk on set and begin working immediately.

John Owen:
You're gonna come out of it ready to hit the ground running in a professional work environment.

Steve Snediker:
My philosophy is when we teach theory the best way to learn that theory is to then immediately apply it in some sort of practical hands-on way.

Krisha Mason:
That's what we've been taught here as Cinema students, and how to write our scripts, how to conduct our film sets, how to conduct ourselves professionally.

John Owen:
The faculty are always available. They're always ready to sit down with you and take a look over your work.

Steve Snediker:
So what we try to do is to leverage our students' interest in this discipline and their Christian worldview - their personal relationship with God. I'm going to trust students with the ability to speak their mind.

John Owen:
My worldview ends up coming out in the work but just because it's a Christian school doesn't mean we have to make the Jesus film every time.

Krisha Mason:
Being in Cinema, teaches you an incredible amount of patience and teamwork, so if you are the type of person who loves to be a part of something bigger, the Cinema department is where you belong.

Steve Snediker:
Our students are exemplary. Producers are looking for that. Northwest Arkansas is a place they want to come to do that.
