Joe Walenciak:
You have the opportunity not only to sit in the classroom and learn from great teachers, but you're going to be doing some sort of a real world assignment or project for a company in the area.

Kristina Arge:
The aspect that I found the most interesting is self evaluation, self management, self leadership.

Joe Walenciak:
We also have a final strategic management class, where students are required to develop a business plan.

Kristina Arge:
We go out into the community. We see small business's that are having challenges, and we go in and talk to them, understand, okay, how can we as students help the business?

Joe Walenciak:
You have the opportunity to really get to know people, to build connections, to build relationships.

Kristina Arge:

Joe Walenciak:
We don't see faith and work as two different things. We can examine the business world, business problems, the calling of work, within the context of who we are as Christian people.
