PROMOTE
University Marketing & Communications:
- Creates & manages the JBU website.
- Manages content for JBU's Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts
- Creates videos to showcase academic departments, students and alumni
- Manages inventory and JBU promotional SWAG items
- Provides marketing strategy for JBU departments
- Oversee all JBU KLRC ad placements
COMMUNICATE
University Marketing & Communications:
- Provide copywriting and editing services to on-campus clients
- Publicizes university news and community events via the media and our social accounts
- Publishes the Brown Bulletin our twice-yearly magazine distributed to alumni, parents and friends of the university
- Communicates campus events and news internally via the Weekly Beat
- Manages email newsletters that keep us connected to parents and alumni
- Publishes Impact, JBU's yearly academic journal (in partnership with the Office of Teaching, Learning & Fellowship)
- Handles crisis communication
SERVE
University Marketing & Communications:
- Creates beautifully designed and well thought-out materials for on-campus clients
- Manages in-house or outside printing of marketing and communication projects
- Provides photography of campus events as well as photos for marketing use
- Manages inventory of JBU stationary - letterhead, envelopes, notecards, labels, etc.
