How to Purchase Tickets
Online: Online ticket purchases for individual or season packages may be made here.
By Phone: Call the Box Office at (479) 524-7382. We will reserve the next best available seats in your name, and you may pay and pick them up at the box office one hour prior to the performance. Purchase tickets by cash, check, or credit card via this option. Seats are guaranteed until 15 minutes prior to the designated event's scheduled start, at which time JBU reserves the right to release any unclaimed seats for re-sale. Ticket-holding patrons should be seated at 15 minutes before event start time.
At the Door: Tickets may be purchased at the box office immediately prior to the performance via cash, check, or credit card. We do not recommend this option because many performances are well-attended and we cannot guarantee seating.
