Distance Learning at John Brown University is a flexible means for working adults to earn a degree or take needed courses for other degree completion requirements.   Online courses offer students the convenience of access to quality academic course material and instruction. And, as all requirements for our online courses may be accomplished using internet based interactions, online learning with JBU also allows students to learn in their preferred location and environment.

Online learning has the advantage of not having to commute to class and giving you the ability to access your coursework any time,  and anywhere a network connection is available.  This type of education isn't for everyone.  We have compiled a list of requirements, skills and questions you should ask yourself to see if you are ready for online education at JBU.
