You’re busy. JBU understands. That’s why our degree programs offer the convenience of online or blended course delivery to help you maintain your personal and professional priorities while completing your degree. And because our programs include accelerated, eight-week courses, you can finish your degree faster than with traditional programs.

Acceptance into JBU’s Degree Completion Program requires 45 hours of college credit with a 2.00 cumulative grade point average. Not sure you qualify? Give us a call; we can review your transcripts and help you create a plan to earn your degree soon.



Organizational Leadership

  • Prepares you for leadership and management roles in for-profit companies and non-profit organizations
  • Offered in a blended/hybrid format; classes are eight weeks in length and combine four weeks of online content with four weeks of face-to-face classroom experience in Fort Smith, Little Rock, or Rogers
  • Typical time to completion = 18 months

  • Traditional business program, incorporating the study of economics, finance, accounting, management, and marketing

  • MBA preparation program
  • Typical time to completion = 18 months
