3 things to do in the next 2 weeks

Be prepared for fall admission!

3 things to doSummer's a busy time for most of us, so before you start on your summer task list, there are three things you need to do to prepare for fall enrollment at JBU:

  1. Apply for admission. You must be an applicant before you can register or financial aid can be awarded, so apply now if you haven't already. If you apply before the end of May, we'll waive your $25 application fee! {Use the code MAY2013}
  2. Apply for financial assistance. Most of our students finance their education through a combination of grants, scholarships, and loans. If you're an Arkansas resident, the deadline for application for the Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship is June 1, so apply now. Don't forget to also fill out and submit your FAFSA so that your financial aid will be in place for the fall semester.
  3. Send us your transcripts. Let your admissions counselor review all of your transcripts so that he or she can determine if you'll need to take classes or tests this summer to fulfill any outstanding admissions requirements. Even if you just have unofficial copies, your counselor can review them to determine if you need additional credits for admission.

Registration for fall classes will begin on June 1, so complete your admission file now to ensure early registration. Then, check out the class schedules to see when you'll graduate from JBU if you begin this fall.
If you've already been accepted, congratulations! Watch your email for your invitation to register.
