Dr. Manning has been serving as Senior Pastor at Bethel Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Arkansas, for the past twelve years. He has also pastored in Hawaii, Georgia, Texas, and served two years as the Training Manager at the North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention.

Dr. Manning retired from the United States Navy after serving 20-years as an Electronics Technician Chief Petty Officer on Fleet Ballistic Missile Submarines where he was responsible for maintaining the navigational computers. His experiences as a submarine sailor have qualified him to serve as a volunteer tour guide at the Arkansas Maritime Museum located in North Little Rock Arkansas.

Dr. Manning also retired from Lockheed-Martin Tactical Aircraft Systems where he served as the F-16 Training Manager for the air forces of Israel, Turkey, and Taiwan.

Dr. Manning's greatest passion is to teach and preach the Word of God.
