JBU Breaks Ground on $6 Million Health Education Building

Siloam Springs, Ark. (Aug. 18, 2015) John Brown University broke ground on a new Health Education Building on Monday, Aug. 17. Construction is scheduled to be complete by the fall of 2016 for the first cohort of nursing students.

 The 20,000 square-foot building is a project of JBU’s Campaign for the Next Century and will include three classrooms, four exam rooms with computer-operated, interactive mannequins that simulate urgent care scenarios for student education, two health assessment labs, a computer lab, offices and study lounges.
