JBU's Manes Named Setter of the Week

Siloam Springs, Ark (September 17, 2002) - John Brown University setter Michelle Manes, a senior from Lincoln, Nebraska, has been named the Sooner Athletic Conference and NAIA Region VI Setter of the Week. Manes had 20 kills, 74 digs and averaged 10.3 assists per game in the College of the Ozarks Tournament. She broke the JBU school assist record and now has 2970 assists to her credit.

The JBU volleyball team went 4-1 last week to improve their record to 8-1 overall.
