Class of 2020 Commencement

When will commencement be for May 2020 graduates?
We will have commencement for our May 2020 graduates on Saturday, Dec. 5 at 10 a.m. The ceremony will be a multi-venue event with graduates divided among BGA, BPAC and the Cathedral based on program. Your guests and program faculty will be assigned to the same venue as you. Each graduate MUST RSVP.

How many graduates can you accommodate?
Based on our tentative attendance survey we determined that only one ceremony is needed. We can accommodate 144 graduates and their guests (4 each). This should accommodate everyone who said they would attend or were 50/50 on attending (with some additional room). It is first-come, first-serve so please RSVP soon.

If I don’t have four guests, can I give my extra tickets to a friend for their family?
No. Due to physical distancing requirements, our ability to hold commencement is partially based on the size of groups sitting together in the different venues.

Can I give one of my tickets to a non-family member (i.e. girlfriend/boyfriend or friend)?
No. Your ticketed guests need to sit together and in order to meet the ADH guidelines, this means they must be members of the same family group. The ceremony will be streamed on YouTube so that others can watch.
