Management

Managers balance the “things of production” with the “humanity of production.” They have to know how to design work for efficiency and how to analyze data, but they also have to have a proper understanding of humanity. Balancing the two concerns can allow managers to lead an organization of diverse people toward a common goal, ultimately making great contributions to society and the development of the individual worker.
