Position summary

 

  • The Graduate Assistant will help develop and implement programs and events for Graduate Business Programs. Work is directed to supporting graduate studies and operations as well as the larger College of Business. The Graduate Assistant is empowered by Graduate Business Programs to accomplish his or her duties and to work under the authority of and in cooperation with the Department Head of Graduate Business Programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree. University acceptance into any graduate program.

  •  No direct reports.

  • Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; stand; sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Work environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
