Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics is a low-impact aerobics class held in the 4' section of the pool.  Set to upbeat music, this class focuses on aerobic endurance, resistance training and increasing range of motion.  The buoyancy of the water provides a virtually impact-free workout, significantly reducing stress on joints, while improving muscle tone.

Level:  Beginner

Class Schedule:

Classes are one hour in length.

  • Monday and Thursday

Aqua Aerobics is held in the Hub White Pool.

**Aqua Aerobics will be breaking for the summer, but will start up again in the fall.


  • $3 per class paid directly to the instructor
