The Walton Lifetime Health Complex offers a variety of membership options and programs to help you stay active and healthy. For our senior members, we offer full-use, as well as track and pool only memberships, at 50% off the regular community rates.

We are also a participating facility for Silver Sneakers and Silver & Fit programs, which are available to individuals who belong to participating Medicare health plans or Medicare Supplement carriers. A Silver Sneakers or Silver&Fit membership grants you access to the entire WLHC facility for a one-time annual fitness fee or for free, depending on your insurance carrier’s guidelines.




*One person will be designated as the Head of Household under the new household membership structure and will be responsible for all membership billing payments– all other adults (18 and older) and dependent minors will be attached to them. All adults must provide proof of address (driver’s license, utility bill, etc.) in order to be eligible for the household membership.

*Members must be 55+ years of age.

+Both members must be at least 60 years old.

++Head of household must be 60+ years of age.

Senior Exercise Classes

  • Senior Classic – Range of motion, flexibility, stretching, light weights
  • Smooth Moves – stretching and flexibility
  • Silver Splash – an aqua aerobics class focusing on light cardio, range of motion, resistance work with the kick board, balance and stretching.  It is gentle on the body and joints for every day living and conducive to those with arthritis or who need rehabilitation.
  • Morning Stretch and Tone


Classes are free to Seniors who qualify for the Silver Sneakers or Silver& Fit programs. Seniors who have a current Full-Use WLHC membership can participate in the Senior Exercise Classes at no charge. For seniors who hold “track only” or “pool only” memberships, or who are not WLHC members, the fee is $2 per class.
