Morning Rush

Morning Rush combines resistance and cardiovascular training in a high-intensity group workout. The class is structured with circuit and interval training utilizing a wide variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, suspension training, kettle bells, battle ropes, and more.

Class Schedule & Location:

Duration: 45 minutes

Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Times: 5:30am or 6:15am (Summer Schedule: only one 7am class from 6/1-8/12)

Location: La-Z-Boy Cardio & Fitness Room (near the glass wall, upstairs)

Pricing & Registration:

Advance registration is required to attend. Cost per session varies based on the number of classes per session. Payment is turned into the instructor in full for the entire session on the first day of the session. No refunds will be given once session begins.

Pricing for Morning Rush:

  • $2 per class for JBU students
  • $3 per class for JBU employees and WLHC members
  • $4 per class for non-gym members
