Morning Rush

Morning Rush is a high-intensity group workout structured with circuit and interval training. Workouts utilize a wide variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, suspension training, kettle bells, battle ropes, and more. Training combines intense cardiovascular and resistance training to maximize calorie burn and to increase metabolic rate. The class will improve strength, agility, and cardiovascular capacity.

Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Class Schedule:

Classes are 45 minutes in length with a 15-minute warmup prior to the beginning of each class.

Queenax Rush is held in the La-Z-Boy Cardio and Fitness Room.

  • Session 6:  Mar 1 - 19 (9 classes)
  • Session 7:  Mar 29 - Apr 30 (14 classes)*
  • Session 8:  May 3 - 21 (9 classes)

*No class Friday, April 2nd for Good Friday observance.


Pricing & Registration:

Cost will vary based on the number of classes per session.  Advance registration with full payment is required.  To register, contact us at 479-524-7303 or stop by the WLHC Front Desk during membership services hours.  No refunds will be given once sessions begin.

Pricing for Morning Rush:

  • $2 per class for JBU students
  • $3 per class for JBU employees and WLHC members
  • $4 per class for community members
