"In a highly-globalized world, understanding different cultures and business styles is critical to increase shareholders value and well as to increase the likelihood of negotiations. The program has certainly enriched my cross cultural managerial skills. Our international practicum trip to China was a life-changing experience for me. The visits to world-class businesses and organizations enriched my negotiation and problem-solving skills as I gained a better understanding of their operations and practices.”
