Scotty Smittle provides counseling services for adults, teens, children, families, and couples at the Rice Clinic in Little Rock, and has been teaching at John Brown University's Little Rock Center since 2015.

Mr. Smittle is a popular speaker and trainer throughout the Central Arkansas area, leading workshops and training sessions on marriage and parenting challenges, discipline issues, special needs, and strengthening attachments between infants and their parents.

Mr. Smittle also teaches psychology and counseling courses for Central Baptist College, and is a charter member of the Arkansas Association for Infant Mental Health.

Mr. Smittle holds a dual emphasis Master of Science degree in Community Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from John Brown University, and is licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor by the State of Arkansas P1311104. He lives in Conway with his wife and six children.
