Become equipped to lead organizations in the ever-changing outdoor industry.

We live in an age where camps are consolidating into larger organizations, and outdoor pursuits are being rediscovered as platforms to enhance education, corporate training, and therapeutic treatment.

Whether you’re passionate about working in not-for-profit camp ministry or a for-profit organization, JBU's M.S. in Outdoor Program Management will equip you to lead teams and organizations through these complex changes in the outdoor industry, potentially as an executive director or site manager role at some point in your career.
