Become equipped to lead organizations in the ever-changing outdoor industry.

Today, an M.S. in Outdoor Program Management is valued by many industries. We live in an age where camps are consolidating into larger organizations, and outdoor pursuits are being rediscovered as platforms to enhance education, corporate training, and therapeutic treatment.

Whether you’re passionate about working in not-for-profit camp ministry or a for-profit organization, JBU's master's in outdoor program management will equip you to lead teams and organizations through these complex changes in the outdoor industry, potentially as an executive director or site manager role at some point in your career.

Program Length
The M.S. in Outdoor Program Management is a 30-credit-hour program and can be completed in less than two years.

Course Format
The Master of Science core requirements (18 credit hours) can be completed 100% online or through a combination of online and in-person classes at the John Brown University Rogers Center. The Outdoor Program Management courses (12 credit hours) take place in the evening and can be attended either face-to-face at JBU’s main campus in Siloam Springs, OR students can log in to attend online during class time.
