On-Site MBA Cohort

Earn your MBA face-to-face at the JBU Rogers Center.

Coming Fall of 2019: JBU's fully on-site MBA cohort.

You asked. We listened. Beginning in Fall of 2019, JBU will be offering a fully face-to-face MBA cohort at the JBU Rogers Center.

What does this mean?

Previously, MBA students could choose to earn their degrees either 100% online OR through a combination of online and in-person classes at the Rogers Center. With the fully on-site MBA, students may elect to take ALL of their MBA courses in-person one evening per week at the JBU Rogers Center.

Fall 2019 Cohort Degree Plan & Course Schedule

What is a cohort?

Because the on-site MBA is a cohort, you will be part of a group of students that will progress through the same degree plan, taking most classes together and finishing your MBAs at the same time. This will allow you a unique opportunity to connect with your peers.

Which MBA program(s) will be offered in the on-site cohort format?

At this time, the on-site MBA cohort only applies to the general, 36-credit-hour MBA (i.e. the on-site cohort option is not currently available for the MBAs with an emphasis). If you are enrolled in the 45-credit-hour MBA (for those who did not earn an undergraduate degree in business or a related field), you can still earn 36 hours of your coursework on-site with a cohort, but you will need to take three foundation classes online.

Would I still have the option to take an online class if I chose to be a part of the MBA cohort?

Students enrolled in the on-site MBA cohort may still elect to take classes online, though it is less likely that you'll be in an online class with people from your cohort.
