Helen and Tom Beers Nursing Endowed Scholarship

Steve and Jane Beers, both long-time, dedicated employees of John Brown University, created the Helen and Tom Beers Nursing Endowed Scholarship to honor their parents.  Helen spent her life as a primary care nurse and eventually as a "county health nurse" to meet the needs of the rural people.  Tom, after retiring as an officer in the Marine Corps, spent 20 years as an administrative leader in a Christian college.  Their commitment to being the "hands and feet of Christ" is worth honoring and emulating.
