Autumn Rook earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. She was a Professor of Business for 12 years at College of the Ozarks. After moving to NW Arkansas she was the Director of the Entrepreneurship and faculty at NWACC and is currently a full-time faculty member in Organizational Leadership at University of Arkansas Fort Smith. She has taught a variety of courses in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Management, Economics, Finance, and Statistics, She has served as the Director of Assessment and on numerous committees. She was the Sam Walton Fellow SIFE advisor at CofO and ENACTUS advisor at NWACC. All of her teams have been Regional Champions every year and a top 20 team in the country twice.
Before starting a career in higher education she worked in the finance industry. She was a licensed trader and portfolio manager at Arvest Asset Management. Previously she had been an AVP at Commerce Bank in Missouri in several positions including branch manager, lender, and trust portfolio manager.
