The cost of a college degree includes more than just the price of tuition. Looking for a university that works with your busy schedule? Consider the John Brown University Degree Completion Program.

At JBU, we understand that while finishing your degree is a priority, it's not the only thing in your life. Our Degree Completion Program was designed to provide a quality, practical education around your schedule. Classes are held just one night a week or online so they won't eat up every last minute of your time, which means you'll have some left over for all those other important things.

Degree Programs Offered

Affordable degrees

You won’t find a better value than JBU’s Degree Completion Program. US News and World Report just ranked JBU one of the nation's top universities – and a top value – for 2017.

Transfer credit

Whether you attended college recently or many years ago, you can combine the credit you’ve already earned with one of our programs to finish your degree more quickly than with traditional college scheduling. You may also be eligible for non-traditional credit via military service or training, professional certification, or testing. Even if you're unsure whether you have enough hours for admission, talk to us. You may have more credit than you think.

Online classes and local classrooms

Whether you want to earn your degree fully online or prefer to learn in a local classroom, John Brown University has a program for you! Unsure about taking classes online? We'll help you assess your readiness for online classes before enrolling. Or, if you prefer more direct faculty interaction, our organizational leadership program offers blended delivery with face-to-face instruction in Fort Smith, Little Rock or Rogers.

Personal attention

With an admissions counselor dedicated to helping you through the enrollment process and a personal academic advisor available throughout your degree, we’ll be with you every step of the way from the day you inquire until the day you graduate – and beyond. Because bigger isn’t necessarily better and you have better things to do than stand in line, we have admissions counselors available at each of our regional locations in Fort Smith, Little Rock and Rogers who would love to meet you and discuss your educational goals.

Unique focus on Christian values

At JBU, we believe in education of the whole person - head, heart, hand. Our faculty's academic credentials ensure a quality education. Plus, they offer the practical experience to help you apply what you've learned to your career. They're special in another way too, following a calling to improve the spiritual lives of students through Christian higher education.
