On-Campus Interviews

To schedule on campus interviews the day of or the day after the Career Fair, please contact our Career Development Coordinator, Michelle Reed, at 479-524-7263 at least three weeks in advance. Interviews will only be honored through making prior arrangements

Time: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Event Details: The Spring Career Fair will provide JBU students with a forum in which they may gain experience in the art of gathering career-related information from practicing professionals while providing our employers the opportunity to connect and potentially recruit our talented JBU students. This event is open to all students, alumni, and for the first time our Siloam Springs community.

Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Event Details: Following the Career Fair there will be a networking mixer with employers for Juniors, Seniors and Graduate Students.

Format: Roundtable Networking Sessions. Students who are interested in attending the networking mixer must RSVP in advance for both events. Employers please note that your registration covers both events. 


Students, if you are looking for an internship, part-time or full-time position with a local, in-state, or out of state company, join Career Development and 20+ employers to explore a variety of career opportunities within a diverse set of industries. Attend this fair to expand your network, polish your interview skills, learn industry information, and gather information about companies. Business attire is preferred. Business Casual is required to attend. If you need help in getting ready for the fair, please contact your Career Development partners, cdc@jbu.edu.

Making the Most of Your Career Fair Experience
It is easy to feel intimidated at a career fair - that's why it's helpful to do your homework ahead of time. Here are some ways you can prepare:
  • Review the list of employers (will be available soon here) attending the fair in JBU CareerLink beforehand and prioritize your top preferences
  • Conduct research on the employers that are high on your preference list using sites such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor
  • Prepare questions for employers based on your goals for the fair, such as career exploration or job search
  • Create your resume (click here for resume resources) and bring copies with you
  • Complete your JBU CareerLink profile(insert link) and make it viewable to employers
