Download and complete the Request Form. Print it to PDF to save your changes. 

  1. Letter of Explanation: 

Write a formal business letter about your event, including the details and overall plans. Style it to Chief Criner of the Siloam Springs Fire Department.

  1. Authorization Letter from the Registered Property Owner (JBU): 

Send the completed Outside Burning Request Form and Letter of Explanation to for review. They will review those two documents and then send you a JBU Letter of Authorization.
