When will I know what group I'm in?

You will find out your group assignment the week before Eagle Base Camp.

Where do I check in?

Please arrive at the Cathedral Plaza for check-in between 8:00-8:30 AM. Directional signs around campus will help guide you to this location.

If you are in Group B and are not going on an excursion, you may choose to check in late between 12:00-1:30 PM in the Simmons Great Hall.

What do I bring?

For those going on excursions, we suggest you bring a refillable water bottle, a complete change of clothes, sunscreen and comfortable walking or water shoes. For more details, look for an email with the subject line "Your checklist for Eagle Base Camp".

When will I find out my registration time and what excursion I'm taking?

We will send your registration appointment details and excursion information between June 7 and 9.

Can parents go on an excursion?

Excursions are only for students. While their student is away on their excursion, parents may use the parent lounge, attend information sessions or explore Northwest Arkansas on their own.
