Where will I stay during Summer Academy?

Students will be paired with other students in a Residence Hall.  Check out the JBU residence halls.

What is the cost of Summer Academy?

Check out each individual Academy for costs. Academy registration fees will cover all meals, supplies, and activities from Sunday night - Friday morning of the academy. There is an additional fee for housing on-campus. 

What do I need to bring?

-Towel, washcloth/loofa
-Bedding for a twin bed
-Pencils, pens, paper

 Engineering Academy Specific:

-Earbuds or headphones
-Long pants (For Power Plant Tour)
-Closed Toe Shoes (For Power Plant Tour)

-Laptop or Tablet
-Workout clothes
-Spending money for evening outings

Do I need to bring bedding and towels?

Yes. You will need bedding or a sleeping bag for a twin size mattress. 

Can I be picked up from the airport?

Yes. Transportation is available to/from Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) and Tulsa International Airport (TUL) upon request. You must notify the Academic Partnerships office at least 2 weeks before the start date of the Academy and pay the fee ($10 each way) to use this shuttle service. 

What kind of clothes do I need to wear?

Summer Academy is a casual event, so wear comfortable, casual clothes...like you would at school.  More detailed information will be provided as necessary for each individual academy.
