JBU's Summer Art Camp

July 15-20, 2018

Photography Track: This Summer, connect with student photographers from all over who will come to John Brown University’s annual Summer Photo Camp.  Learn from amazing professionals and educators, Be inspired by Arkansas’s natural beauty and create images in both digital and traditional film mediums.  Your time is a completely hands-on and creative experienced guided by Kyle Agee, Gary Yandell, Neal Holland and their professional friends of the photography department.  Bring your own camera equipment and also use our state of the art arsenal full of professional gear.  So, join us for a great week of low-stress, high-output photo work.

Art & Design Track: JBU’s week long Art & Design camp is a terrific opportunity to hone your skills, make some great art, learn new techniques and get your hands on some professional equipment all under the guidance of two highly experienced faculty members. Dave Andrus and Bobby Martin have many decades of experience in painting, graphic design, digital illustration, printmaking, typography and, of course, teaching. Join a small group of talented students and teachers for a week of low-stress, high-output art camp.

Who should apply?: High School Students: 9th-12th grade as of Fall 2018

Cost: $400 (includes meals, field trips, and project materials).
          $99.50 for on-campus housing
