The mission of Information Technology Services is to enhance teaching and learning at John Brown University by effectively serving the dynamic technology needs of the University community.

ITS is committed to serving the academic and administrative computing needs of the University. We operate the Help Desk and public computer labs. We coordinate the purchasing of University technology equipment and services.

We are committed to providing information technology solutions that align with University goals and objectives. We will partner with you to analyze, design and develop appropriate systems that provide access to the information and technology you need.

The ITS Help Desk is a focal point for technology questions and service requests. The Help Desk offers 24/7 phone support.

Help Desk staffed hours are:

Monday-Thursday 7:00am—2:00am

Friday 7:00am—12:00am (midnight)

Saturday 10:00am—6:00pm

Sunday 2:00pm—2:00am
