The mission of Information Technology Services is to enhance the teaching and learning processes and operational and strategic systems of John Brown University by effectively and efficiently serving the dynamic information technology needs of the University community.
ITS is committed to serving the academic and administrative computing needs of the University. We operate the Help Desk and public computing labs. We coordinate the purchasing of University technology equipment and services.
We are committed to providing information technology solutions that align with University goals and objectives. We will partner with you to analyze, design and develop appropriate systems that provide access to the information and technology you need.
