Residence Life Staff
The Residence Life Staff is important in helping developing the campus community, fostering holistic learning opportunities and creating a positive living environment. While being a part of the Residence Life staff is challenging, it is also very rewarding. Each year, 44 RA's and 4 ARD's are hired to fill positions in the Mayfield, J. Alvin, North, Walker, and the Townhouses.

Hiring Timeline and Process:
Phase 1
- Application, references, and résumé* due-February 1, 2013
- Group interview-Feb 7, each hour from 12 pm-4 pm and Feb 8 each hour from 8 am -11 am (sign up for time in the Student Development office)
Phase 2
- Individual interviews-Feb 11-22 (Applicants will be contacted to move on to second phase of interviews)
- Decision letters-March 1, 2013
- RA class-Weds. 4pm - 6pm, starting March 27- April 24, 2013
- Date for Fall return-August 8 by 10 am
