For first-gen and minority high school students, college students and professionals
You'll be matched with a caring mentor who will offer support, guidance and encouragement. They'll work with you to develop confidence, establish goals and improve your academic and life skills.
You'll have the opportunity to meet with your mentor and family group on a biweekly basis.
You'll be supported as you navigate the college admissions process. You'll receive assistance filing the FAFSA, college applications and essays!
Enrolling at JBU will give you the opportunity to continue being mentored. After one year of mentorship in college, you'll be able to serve as a mentor to high school students.
Professionals in our community who are interested can mentor our students during their senior year through their first year after graduation as they transition into their professional careers.
