Commencement Preparation Schedule
Monday, February 4,-Friday, March 15
Date to place regalia orders (gowns, caps, tassels and hoods) with the JBU Bookstore. Shipping is available. After March 15th orders will incur a late fee. For questions about ordering regalia, contact the Bookstore directly at 479.524.7195.
The Herff Jones representative will be on campus February 21st from 10:00am - 2:00pm in front of the bookstore. He will have specials on class rings and information on invitations and other graduation items.

Deadline for graduating seniors to complete chapel requirements, which must be met to participate in commencement. Contact the Office of Christian Formation, 479.524.7213, if you have questions.

All correspondence course final exams must be taken no later than Friday, April 12, 2013
- To be considered an official May 2013 graduate, we must receive documentation of completed work by May 24, 2013.
- Diplomas will be mailed by July 15, 2013. Please check with the Business Office to make sure your account is in good standing as this may prevent your diploma/official transcript from being released.
- Official transcripts – Federal Privacy Laws state that we must require a signature from the student before we can release any document with your grades on it. If you need to order official or unofficial transcripts, please visit the Registrar Transcript Page, then click on the Transcript Request form. You may print this form and fax or mail it to our office.
